Schools

Presentations can include lectures, artefact handling sessions, costumed characters, tours of historical sites, story-telling. I am comfortable working with adults, children with learning disabilities, pupil referral units and special needs groups. I also work with home educators.

I have a large collection of authentic costume, equipment, handling objects, photographic and audio resources; and a wide variety of replica weaponry, longbow and working muskets, which I am fully licensed and trained to use and demonstrate safely.

I am able to research and present characters from the list on the home page, and I enjoy requests for unusual projects. I can work in character but part of my work is further discussion and taking questions.

My presentation formats are flexible: they will normally be for half or whole days. The material covered can be tailored to individual school requirements. Some sessions can be held outdoors, weather permitting.
